What you will do

• Design, develop and support advanced software solutions for data streaming, analysis, visualization, and exploitation, for example our high-performance data platforms.
• Collaborate closely with your peers and our clients, to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize and refactor existing code for improved performance and scalability.
• Write comprehensive tests to ensure the reliability and stability of backend services.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in backend development.
• Document technical designs, processes, and procedures.

What you will bring

• Degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, or similar education in software development.
• 3+ years of experience in Node.js and 3+, using backend libraries such as express, fastify and stream.
• Knowledge of Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with streaming platforms such as Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
• Experience with relational databases.
• High level of English and strong communication skills, in both speaking and writing.
• High understanding of Git version control and processes.
• Understanding of REST API architecture design principles.
• Proactive and troubleshooter mentality, attention to detail and precision.

What is a plus for us?

• Experience with search engines such as ElasticSearch and OpenSearch.
• Experience with NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of GitLab CI/CD, GitHub actions, and Argo CD.
